1. Why intensive shrimp lack vitamin C
Commercial feed contains vitamin C, but pelletizing heat and long storage degrade 30 – 60% of the original amount. Intensive shrimp under continuous stress need 2× baseline vitamin C. Deficiency → reduced collagen synthesis → weak shell, slow wound healing, weakened immunity.
2. Dosage
Mix with clean water, blend into feed, coat with ATOMIC:
- Routine: 2 – 3 g/kg feed, 1 meal/day, full cycle.
- Acute stress (seasonal change, heavy rain, transport): 5 g/kg, 2 meals/day, 3 – 5 days.
- Post-disease: 5 g/kg, 1 – 2 meals/day, 7 day recovery.
- Combine with CANFORTA (B-vitamins + amino acids) for full nutrition support.
3. Cautions & notes
- Avoid direct sunlight — vitamin C degrades rapidly.
- Store dry, cool ≤ 30°C, reseal after use.
- Combine with minerals (CELL CANPHOS GOLD) for pre-moult use.
- Boost DO ≥ 5 ppm for effective vitamin C activation.

Treatment of hepatopancreatic diseases and luminous disease caused by Vibrio spp bacteria in shrimp. The combination of Oxytetracycline with vitamin C helps support immunity and accelerates the disease treatment process. For shrimp: - Treatment of bacterial infections caused by Vibrio spp: 3-5 g/kg feed, for 5-7 days. - Mix the product with a sufficient amount of clean water, mix thoroughly into the feed, and coat with a suitable binder. Let dry for 20 minutes before feeding to shrimp. For fish: - Treatment of intestinal hemorrhage: 1 kg/300-500 kg feed. Treat continuously for 5-7 days. - Mix the medicine with feed, use an external binder. Note: - Seal the packaging tightly immediately after use if the product is not fully used.
