1. SOILMAX vs MAX 4000 — how they differ
MAX 4000 specializes in NO₂ removal with 2 strains (Bacillus subtilis + Pediococcus). SOILMAX is multi-strain general-purpose, strong on organic decomposition and population diversity. Farmers should rotate the two for microbial diversity — avoid single-strain dependency.
2. Dosage
Aerate biomass with molasses 2 – 4h prior or broadcast directly:
- Before stocking: 1 sachet/2,000 m³, 2 – 3 days prior.
- Grow-out: 1 sachet/2,000 m³ every 3 – 5 days.
- Polluted bottom: 1 sachet/1,000 m³, 2 – 3 consecutive days.
- Rotate with MAX 4000 NEW (3 – 5 days each) for microbial diversity.
- Apply 9 – 11 AM, run all aerators.
3. Combinations
- + OZYME: break slime first, reseed SOILMAX 24h later.
- + AQUAMOS + PRO GUT (in feed): two-front microbiome — pond bottom + shrimp gut.
- After VIBRIO CLEAR: reseed bottom probiotics 24h later.
- Don't use simultaneously with disinfectants — space 24h.

Regular use: 1 packet/2,000 - 2,500 m³ water, repeat after 3 - 5 days. Treatment for heavy pollution in cases of algal bloom, red water or dark-colored water, high water viscosity: 1 packet/1,000 m³ water, use continuously for 2 - 3 days. Best used at 9 – 10 AM. In case of algae cutting, broadcast at 11 PM. Dose 2 consecutive nights. If the pond has excessive blue-green algae or red algae, can be combined with OZYME for faster treatment. Note: There are 2 usage methods: Aerate the product packet with microbial biomass nutrient/sugar sand or molasses with approximately 20 liters of water for 2 hours before use. Direct application: Mix the product with 30 liters of water, broadcast directly into the pond, turn on all water aerators during product application. Based on actual pond conditions, stocking density and shrimp health status, increase or decrease dosage as appropriate. Tightly seal and zip the bag immediately after use if the product is not completely used.
