- Under continuous water exchange conditions, high stocking density will lead to mineral deficiency for shrimp. Organic trace minerals are considered a solution to increase mineral availability for aquatic animals. Accordingly, studies have been conducted to evaluate the response of Pacific whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei), indicating that organic minerals in absorbable form are essential.
- Minerals in the diet are a requirement that must be ensured during intensive shrimp farming. Mineral absorption from water and minerals available in feed are still not sufficient to meet the shrimp's growth requirements.
- Supply and maintain minerals in the shrimp's body in organic form, easily soluble to ensure complete absorption.
- QUICKSHELL GOLD contains Magnesium, Calcium and other Amino acids in highly absorbable form, which are minerals needed for muscle metabolism and weight gain.
Important roles in metabolic processes
- Vital activities and physiological functions.
- Regulate and maintain osmotic balance.
- Participate in bone framework formation and respiratory processes.
- Stimulate enzyme activity in the shrimp's intestine and provide excellent economic benefits.
- Catalysts that increase vitamin activity and higher vitamin absorption.
Usage instructions
Dilute the product with clean water adequately, mix thoroughly into feed, coat with ATOMIC product or appropriate coating product, dry for 20 minutes before feeding to shrimp.
- During rearing period: 3 – 5 ml/kg feed, feed 1 – 2 times/day.
- Shrimp with curved body, opaque muscle, or thin shell due to mineral deficiency: 7 – 10 ml/kg feed. Combine feeding and dosing at 1 liter/1,000 m3 water, or dose multi-trace minerals.
